Getting started
What do you need from me?
A CV, and about ten minutes of answers: the roles you want, where you'd work, the salary you need, and anywhere you don't want approached. That's the whole setup. Everything after that is optional tuning.
How quickly does something happen?
Matching runs the morning after you finish your profile, so the first tailored applications usually appear in your dashboard within a day.
My CV is out of date. Should I fix it first?
Upload what you have. We tailor every application from it, so a fuller CV gives us more to work with — but you can replace it any time and the next application will use the new one.
How applying works
Do you apply as me without telling me?
We apply on your behalf, and every application appears in your dashboard with the exact CV and letter we sent. Some employers only accept submissions from the candidate — those come to you as “needs your approval” with everything prepared.
Is it AI, or people?
Both, deliberately. Matching and drafting are automated so we can move fast; a person reads and sends every application, so nothing embarrassing goes out under your name.
What if the matches aren't right?
Rate any application good fit, okay or not a fit. That feedback narrows what we bring you, and you can exclude companies outright at any point.
Will two of you apply to the same job twice?
No. Every posting is checked against what we've already sent for you, and duplicates are dropped before a credit is spent.
Credits & money
Is there a subscription?
No. Five free applications to start, then one-time credit packs. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
What happens to unused credits?
They stay yours for 90 days from purchase, including while you're paused. Buy more than one pack and each keeps its own window; we always spend the oldest first.
Do you guarantee interviews?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can promise is volume with care: applications that are actually tailored, sent consistently, at a pace you set.
Privacy
Can my current employer find out?
Add them to your excluded companies and we will never send them anything. We don't publish your profile anywhere, and we don't message recruiters as you.
Who sees my CV?
The reviewers working on your applications, and the employers you're applied to. Nobody else. You can delete your account and files at any time.
