The information you give us — your name, contact details, base CV, work history, and job preferences — plus basic account and usage data needed to run the service.
2. How we use it
To match you to roles, tailor your application documents, submit applications on your behalf, and keep you informed. We use your CV and profile only for these purposes.
3. Who sees it
Our reviewers who prepare and submit your applications, and the employers you apply to (via the applications we submit). We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
We use AI to help match roles and draft tailored documents from your real experience. A human reviews applications before they are submitted.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time, and your files are removed from our systems within thirty days.
6. Your choices
You can view and update your profile, pause the service, exclude employers outright, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
