RelayApply prepares and submits job applications on behalf of applicants. You give us a CV and your targeting preferences; we identify openings, produce tailored application documents, and submit them for you or hand them to you to submit where an employer requires it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, and for keeping your login details to yourself. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared or resold.
3. Applying on your behalf
By using the service you authorise us to submit applications in your name, using the documents shown in your dashboard. We will not contact anyone on your behalf other than to submit an application, and we will not approach companies you have excluded. You may pause applying at any time, and that pause takes effect immediately.
4. Credits and payment
Credits are purchased one-time, are not a subscription, and expire ninety days after purchase. One credit entitles you to one application prepared and submitted by us. Credits are not transferable between accounts and are not exchangeable for cash.
5. What we don't promise
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employer responses of any kind. Hiring decisions are made by employers, on criteria we do not control.
6. Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time, which stops all future applications and removes your files from our systems within thirty days. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaches these terms.
